Bro. Hal is our Pastor here at WRBC and has a passion for teaching the truth of God’s word and seeing people grow in their relationship with God. Bro Hal encourages people to take his sermon outline and dig in the scriptures for themselves to help them grow intellectually in God’s Word.

Andrew Counts is the worship and media minister at WRBC. He is very passionate about worship and enjoys seeing others worship God very much. He believes that our worship should be scripturally based and should glorify God and Jesus Christ, not us.

Austin Weathers is the Youth Pastor at WRBC. He is passionate about discipleship within the Church and especially within the youth ministry. He also enjoys preaching for Bro. Hal when called upon. Austin enjoys teaching youth and watching them take ownership of their faith. Austin believes it is vital for youth to do this so that they too will be passionate and intentional about studying, teaching, serving, and doing it all to bring glory to God.

Donna Williams is our Children’s Director. She loves kids very much and is very passionate about supporting families in laying that scriptural foundation necessary for children to come to know Christ as their Savior and Lord. She loves to see kids studying the word of God and soaking in the wonderful principles and lessons that are in it for us to learn.

Teresa Abbott is our Secretary and very much has a heart that seeks to love the Lord and to serve him. She is also a great support to everyone on our staff. She helps at many of our annual events and is happy to help whenever she can! Mrs. Teresa also enjoys learning about the Lord and worshiping him. She is married and has 3 dogs that she loves very much.
